Call to Order & Invocation: Chairman Davis called the June 16, 2026 meeting to order. Councilwoman Dotley led the Pledge of Allegiance and an invocation drawing from 2 Timothy 1:7.

Passed.
Resolution — Curbside Glass Recycling Pilot (One-Year Continuation): Authorized the Department of Public Works to contract with Overlooked Materials for a one-year continuation of the curbside glass recycling pilot program along specified routes, with compensation of $12 per participating household for bins and $4 per household monthly collection fee, capped at 750 households, for an annual total not to exceed $45,000. Passed.
Resolution 9M — New Terra Compost MOU Amendment: Authorized a second amendment to the MOU with New Terra Compost to align the agreement with organics management grant contract requirements issued by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. Passed.
